Ask your doctor about how many more calories you should be eating at each stage, as far as working out, you can probably continue your normal routine for a while. Once it gets unforgettable, stick with upper body resistance training and low impact cardio (like walking uphill), but again, talk your you Dr. about everything before you start. :)

Maybe using the elliptical trainer? :)
    Congratulations btw hun!
  • Ah Thankyou ladies :) the doctor said I'd be ok to Continue tho I would have to change a few exercises, like taking intense cardio out and replace for more strength . Thankyou Laura that's really helpful xx

Congrats! That is what happened to me. I did the recumbent bicycle. Usually if you are at a healthy weight it is between 25-35 lbs. I wouldn't worry too much. If you are going to breastfeed it comes right off.

That happened to me in 2013. I was about 6 months into using MFP and still had another 40 lbs to get to my goal when I found out I was pregnant.
I did gain some weight (about 40 lbs), but was able to lose it all by around 5 or 6 months postpartum.
Don't worry too much about it. Try to stay active (I failed at this when I got to the third trimester).
