I weigh in once a weekon Mondays. Sometimes I may get on the scale after a bad day of eating just to see my number. If it's bad I really work out and eat the right foods. i have let my perm grow out. I wear my hair in Nubian twist style. works well for workouts. I take them down for 2 weeks, condition well and re twist. You can also wash them. I was wearing 3/4 wigs but my hair was thinning. Good luck,
