Maintenance can be challenging - almost as challenging as losing. But looking to achieve fitness goals is a great thing to do now that you've hit your target weight.

+1 for sarcasm.

Live and learn, bro. It sounds like you've figured out what to do already, so stick with your plan. You got this!

Well played, sir.

It takes a little trial and error. The figure MFP gives you will probably be within 100 calories. I punched your stats in here: http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/bmr/ and got a maintenance level of 1730. There are several such tools online, and they're a good starting point, but you'll have to figure out how your body…

Aside from what's been said above, which is all spot on: is your FitBit synced with MFP? If so, FitBit's steps should automatically adjust your daily calories. As long as your settings in MFP are set up correctly and you're eating at a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight.

Will you take on me? Take me on?

McDonalds coffee doesn't taste horrible because they add anything to it. It tastes horrible because it's low quality coffee. I don't grind my own, but I do buy high quality coffee for myself at home, and coffee just about everywhere else tastes substandard. An Americano is simply espresso and water, with negligible…

Canned soup. You can get lots of different flavors by Campbells or Progresso that are 250-300 per can. Very filling.

It's an increase in your daily calorie intake. The increases are done once a week until you reach your maintenance calorie level. Also, do you have a target range? That's preferable to a target number, because our weight fluctuates daily based on things other than calorie intake. So a 2-3 pound increase is nothing to be…

Some of my favorites: Sam Adams (Boston Lager, Octoberfest, Scotch Ale, Chocolate Bock) Shake Chocolate Porter Shiner Bock And a couple of local (Atlanta) brews: Red Brick Laughing Skull (amber ale) and Monday Night Drafty Kilt (Scotch Ale)

Start weight, back in 2012: 211 Goal weight was originally 190, changed it to 180, then settled on 182-186. Currently 184, 17-18% BF.

To maintain, you're going to have to eat back your exercise calories - most of them, anyway. Like others have said, increase your daily calorie intake by 100 each week. As you get closer to your maintenance range, you'll see the scale stop moving. If your new fitness goals are to "tone up," which I assume is build muscle,…

Generally, I lift 3x/week.

Been there. It's tough. Sometimes you just need to not worry about calories and focus on your emotional health instead.

Fist bump yo.

I find that I do better sticking to my nutrition goals when I log.

Congrats! That's an incredible accomplishment! If you're looking to transition from losing to maintaining, try increasing your calories slowly. Many people increase their daily calories by 100 each week until they hit their maintenance level. Once you're there, you'll probably have to tweak your calorie level slightly to…

Caffeine headaches are the worst. Nothing you can do except tough it out or add some caffeine back into your diet. Also, with a 20 pound weight loss goal, you should probably go with 1 pound per week. But it's good that you're recognizing that your nutrition hasn't been great so far. Part of the whole MFP experience is…

Probably

Absolutely...

Sorry bro.

I only use whole milk. I enjoy the taste, it's useful for cooking, and it's the least expensive option on the market. 2% is tolerable for me, but not 1% or skim. But, as others have said, whatever works best for you to meet your nutrition goals is what you should go with. I think you will get the best nutritional 'bang for…
