This. You'll have to learn to trust that MFP is giving you the correct number of calories to maintain on. You'll also have to learn how to tweak that number a little up or down as your body reacts to the change.

I'm also 6'4", and 1750 per day is a good level for me to lose about 1 lb/week. So your calorie level seems pretty spot on. What kind of exercise are you doing?

Double Stuf can only be made better in one way... take two of them, remove one cookie from each, and piece the two Oreos together to create a QUADRUPLE STUF.

I think you should look at buying better coffee and drinking it black. I'm not sure what you buy now, but there's a lot of really good coffee you can buy that tastes fine all by itself. If you need a place to start, try buying a light roast from Starbucks (NOT the "Pike Place" house blend, which tastes burnt).

I've always liked having breakfast cereal, but I was eating Froot Loops and Lucky Charms - very high in sugar. When I started losing weight a few years ago, I found Special K Protein to be a good substitute. Lots of protein, but still a somewhat sweet flavor. It's now my go-to breakfast 2-3 days a week.

When I have the calories for it, I get a chicken sandwich meal, deluxe (lettuce, tomato, cheese), small fries, and diet lemonade. 825 calories.

Instead of aiming for a particular weight, aim to keep your weight within a particular range. Everyone's weight will naturally fluctuate a few pounds; a woman's weight will also fluctuate with her menstrual cycle. A 5-pound weight range is pretty common.
