  • I drink Body by Vi shakes one for breakfast and one for lunch also have healthy snacks and a main meal in the evening low calorie and small portion... and have lost 16lb in 21 days
  • I weight myself once a month 3 days after my period. Because I noticed I often weighed 6lb heavier the week before my period was due but a few days after I could be upto 8lbs lighter so now i weigh myself then I get an accurate weight for me :)
