I just finished L1D7 and feel great! I am still only doing girl pushups, but can complete all of them. I also bumped up my weights today to 10 lbs on the chest fly and row. I hope to see some inches lost soon as the scale hasn't budged, but I am waiting until I start level 2 to measure myself.

I am having 4 oz frozen wild salmon, a small baked sweet potato, and the oven roasted asparagus from all recipes for dinner tonight. Total of under 300 calories.

I know every couple of weeks you can get boneless, skinless chicken breasts for $1.99/# for the family pack and ground turkey for $1.99/# as well. I just started today too. Wow seems like a lot of people are going to be doing this together. That is amazing! Is anyone doing another workouts if you are going to try it 6 days a week?
