  • I try to make a small deficit on the weekdays so that my weekly deficit is still on track when I go over at the weekends :)

  • Hmm.. so I just read a topic on this forum called 'Eggs, The Truth' or something, and in that one the claim was eating eggs daily reduced the risk of cancer. Then this topic says eating eggs more than once a week increases the risk of cancer...

  • Are you fine then to eat a bit later? Your body clearly isn't impressed by breakfasts! There isn't any harm in waiting until 10am or 11am to eat though if that suits you better?
  • I used to always be the same way in school. One of the reasons I think was that I was eating quite late the nights before.   • I made cheesecake brownies for my nieces party the other day and I had a big piece and the headache I had was unbelieveable. I think its because I dont eat sugar anymore except for some fruit.   • If you're only eating 1300 and burning off 400-900 then youre barely giving your body any calories to work with. You should search for ''BMR and TDEE' and 'eat more to weigh less' on the forums theres lots of good advice on finding the right amount of cals you personally need. Good luck :)

  • Hell yeah! I would go crazy without my wine or guinness! Like another poster said, maybe sacrifice something else like biscuits or chocolate if you find it hard to fit it into your calories. I would recommend though that on days you drink alcohol to drink extra water or you might retain for a while after. Happy drinking :D
