  • It is going to depend on your height. At 5' 7" it took 21 pounds lost to move one size down.

  • I have made steel oats the night before and they just don't taste the same to me. It wasn't bad just didn't taste fresh. With regular oatmeal it is even worse. It is thick and clumpy.....but I like mine a little more wet. Guess it depends on your likes. Good luck!
