Count me in!! The one thing I do make is the water goal....really going to have to push for the exercise though :( I hate that I was getting atleast 2 hours a week and now I am lucky to get 30 mintues with all my crazy work stuff! UGH!

Agree with some of the others - get the junk food out of the house and since you are probably preparing the food, she should be eating healthier. That is a start. Then, make the exercise fun using games...the wii is really great.

I have asked this question to several before and everyone says not to worry about the natural sugars. I usually end up with two pieces of fruit and I am done! But, I try to limit the processed sugars.

I use the Polar FT4. I really like it! I have heard different issues with the others such as the Fitbit doesn't work if you are in a spinning class...not that i am in one but maybe down the road! LOL! Good luck in whatever one you decide :)

I have noticed this on various items that I have scanned such as milk & cottage cheese!! Crazy is that it came up with the same brand on the milk.
