Interesting...the ingredients helps with "irritation, impatience, and irrational thoughts"! hahaha...perfect! Well now I'm totally intrigued. I'll see if I can find it in a store cause I'm too impatient to wait for shipping! :P

I usually do a whey isolate protein shake post-workout. For pre-workout I just try to eat something (i.e. oatmeal, grilled chicken, tuna) about 30 min before so I have some energy but nothing too heavy that will make me tired. :)

Hmmm...I guess I will try them out. I need a little boost in energy to get me out of my exercise rut!
