1600 plus eating calories back seems high to me for a 40 year old female that has a sedentary job. Maybe I am wrong.

Sorry I was tired when I posted last night. 5'6", 148. I work in an office so mostly sedentary throughout the day. I work out 3-5 days a week. Gym during the week and hikes in the weekend. I was down to 138 but was really unhealthy. MFP has me at 1200 for 1.5 and 1400 for 1 lb loss a week. I am removing the option to eat…

I put it in my tofu scramble, use the vegetti to make it into noodles in place of pasta, grill it and build a stack of zucchini, portabella and roasted red pepper topped with pesto, roast it and throw it in salads or burritos.

If you splitting up your strength training and your cardio, then there is no issue. I like doing two a days, sometimes 3 a days but it is because I sit on my butt all day at work and commute 2-3 hours a day. 2-3 a days get me to a leave of activity daily that I should be at as a normal human being.

I like to stuff my acorn squash with mushrooms, onions and fresh sage. First you bake them until they are almost done, while they are baking sauté the mushroom mix. Stuff the squash bake for 15 more minutes and you are done.

Find other things to do so you do not have idle time on your hands. Read, clean, go for a walk, play with your cat/dog/kids, drink lots of water and decaf Tea, go exercise,

I am a Gluten Free Vegan, so no, i do not continue eating those gross things. I make sure I know everything I put in my body. Right now I am just working out portion control, but I will not pay corporations to poison me.

I left WW and came here, then ended right back at WW. I need them. It works for me personally. I use the meetings and the WW program and also this site to track my nutrients.

I was diagnosed a year ago. I use GNC Soy 95. I also eat coconut or soy milk yogurt, tofu, and tempeh for protein. I am a Gluten Free Vegan, but still am able to get plenty of protein. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Quit dieting and make lifestyle changes. If you can't make a change forever do not make it. You will only fail. Making new healthful habits is the only way to succeed.

I do. With a massage, new workout clothes or tickets to an event I want to see.

Go to a legitimate running store. Have them access your shoes and your form. Do you run on your toes? I am thinking you are not wearing the right kind of shoes and you have an incorrect foot strike (you should be landing mid foot towards the beginning of the heal).

I go for inches lost vices sizes. All of the clothing companies have different ideas of what a size is and it can make me either extremely sad or falsely confident. Just my .02

Worry about your calories, not your protein. If you are working out a little extra protein isn't going to hurt you. You are going great logging everything. Keep it up.
