I just read in the fitness book that if you have a fever don't work out. If it is above the neck and just a head cold, then workout lightly

Where do I start? We were extremely poor so ate off the farm. Potato soup....not bad so far....but, how about chicken foot soup? Cows heart and tongue....yeah, never eating those things again!
