I did well by tracking my food every day and being honest with myself. Better: being more accountable with my workouts and not relying in my partner to go in order for me to go.

I'll look into them. Thanks!

Username: LadyRN76 PW: 163.4 CW: 161.8 I didn't want to weigh in this morning, but knew I had to for this challenge. I'm glad I did. My one day from purgatory yday could have affected my entire weekend, but weighing today made me realize it's ok. Just get back on it and focus. Here's to letting go of the negative, focusing…

Food: over, by a mile. 😔😔😔 Exercise: today was my rest day for time's double workout Tracked: yes. I have to learn to deal with the job stresses without sugar and quick high carb snacks. They're so easy to pick up and eat when you're working and don't have time to sit down.

Great job, girl!

Daily check in Tracked: yep Calories under Exercise: yep Comments: No sleep = sluggish. I got my 2 mile run in this morning and a short ride tonight, but I'm just tired. These 90 degree temps need to go!!

Hello everyone, I am excited to join this group! I need the accountability badly. I have been on MFP forever (going on 10 years)!! And lost all my weight using tracking and learning exercise. Unfortunately, I gained about 25 pounds back about 3 years ago and they won't budge. I am stuck. Literally. I creep up a couple of…

Add me if you want; I'm not a newbie. MFP works. I got a way from it and now have 20 pounds to get back off. I log. I run, I bike, I swim I eat. I need accountability. See you on the other side!

Not new at all to MFP, starting back again because this is the one program related to accountability that works. Feel free to add me. I've been in the total newbie category before, so I know how it feels. You can do this. Trust me if I can do it, anyone can!

It's been a while since this thread was active, but if anyone wants to add me, I'm game. I need the accountability. I'm back up and need to get my @ss in gear mentally and emotionally when it comes to eating.

I have a sign in my bathroom - it says "remember your why". When you don't feel like going - you're tired, you're sore... (insert whatever excuse you can make) ....Remember why you started in the first place....being overweight didn't happen overnight, getting in shape doesn't happen that way, either - you have to remember…

There isn't a way, unfortunately. I don't eat back my calories - so it's not a big thing for me, but you can figure it using http://www.runnersworld.com/tools/calories-burned-calculator this link and enter it as a specialized exercise.
