  • @AB0215 Sorry, I have been MIA. I was diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia and am restricted to bedrest for at least 2 weeks. I hope to catch back with y'all in February if that's ok.
  • Username: LadyRN76 PW:164.7 CW: 167.3 3 Christmas celebrations + traveling in a car for 12 hours = ugh. I have to just let go of this. One super positive thing is my daughter (she's 20) wants to start working out with me and is very serious about it. She has gained the infamous "Freshman 15" and hers has actually been…
  • Track: yes Calories: under Exercise: no Merry Christmas y'all. Be safe, be smart and have a blessed holiday!
  • Monday Track: yes Calories: right at goal Exercise: Walked with the hubs tonight Still focusing on water...and staying on track with it.
  • Track: yes Calories: Over, but definitely more controlled. Exercise: moved furniture and raked leaves. We have 1/4 acre and holy fazoli between leavea, acorns and more leaves, my shoulders are sore.
  • I got up this morning with purpose. Focus on water. That's it. Get back to water. The hubs and I are also rearranging our office/home gym area to make it more functional. Baby steps. Patience. I can do this.
  • Username: LadyRN76 CW: 164.6 😑😑 @AB0215 thank you. I think I definitely need to start breaking it down to one decision at a time and control what I can. I need to get back to 9 years ago where I made a small change and stuck with it until it wasn't even a thought. Just a way of life.
  • So, I'm struggling. BAD.I'm not sure what all has happened, but I'm back up to 164lbs and my want to and care is shot. I'm just so tired mentally and emotionally. I KNOW I'll feel better if I work out, but I just take a bath and go to bed. I'll take anyone's advice; I'm so pissed my jeans are super tight, I can't fit into…
  • Tuesday check in Track: yes Calories: Under Exercise 1:10 Bike trainer. Water: 130 oz Drink lots of water! You'll be in the bathroom so much, there's no time to gossip!! 😂😂
  • Daily check in - Monday Track: yes Calories: Under Exercise: 55 min Indoor Bike Trainer Water: 128 oz Trying to settle back into a routine after the circus last week. Holiday parties start this week, so I'm determined to stay focused!
  • Now that I have actually slept more than 3 hours at a time. Our hospital implemented a system wide new electronic health record this week and the ER was hammered so it made for a very chaotic and frustrating week. Explaining to software people that I don't care if the nurse clicked the wrong button, we were more worried…
  • Username: LadyRN76 CW: 161.9 I have worked 68 hours in 4.5 days. I'm just tired. Hopefully next week is better and I can do more than nap and work and occasionally shower.
  • Daily check in: Sunday Track: yes Calories: under Exercise: None I'm working tonight and wasn't prepared so instead of cycling, I'm trying to nap. I'm too old to be pulling 24 ER hour shifts with no sleep.
  • I'm a rule follower. It's something I do for accountability. Just makes me upset with myself. 😑😑
  • Daily post - Fri Nov 29th Tracked: yes Calories: over by 130, but I had to estimate so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️, I try to go over what I think something weighs. Exercise: I put up 48 Santas and 63 Snowmen, 4 Christmas trees and did my indoor trainer for 40 minutes. I'm toast for today!!
  • Good luck with your hunt!!
  • LadyRN76 here. This group has been beyond phenomenal for me. Through cheering each other on and offering sound advice and pick .e ups, I'm ready for December. I just turned my notice in at my job and am taking two weeks off after my notice, so trying to decrease my stress, not overeat at the holiday parties and stay…
  • I only weigh once a week. I get stuck on the numbers bad if I don't. It's something I've learned over the years.

  • I had surgery to repair the holes and valve malfunctions in my kidneys and bladder and as long as I drink water, I'm golden. I'm proud to say I haven't been hospitalized for kidney issues in over 20 years. 🙌🙌 I don't think it would, but my annual sonogram and visit is this spring. I'll definitely ask him then.
  • One step, one day at a time!! You can do this!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
  • When I was 4, I almost died. I had major congenital kidney issues that I was shipped to Oklahoma City for surgery for and as a result, my kidney function is not optimal to begin with due to scarring. When I tried keto when it was first becoming mainstream, I sent myself into acute renal failure because my kidneys couldn't…
  • Thank you for all the comments and suggestions! At least I know I'm not One thing about it, if I can go before weigh in on Thursday, everyone will know why I have a big drop! 😂😂😂
  • I am going to add probiotics and stop the fiber supplements. I can't do keto due to renal function so I have to balance more complex carbs with protein. I found that one out the hard way. 😳😳😳😳 I guess it's time to try something for 2 weeks and if it doesn't work, go to plan b. Thanks!!
  • This may be TMI, but does anyone else have to deal with chronic constipation? I have already had a colonoscopy and everything is good there. I was told to drink more water and add fiber supplements. I already drink I between. 90 to 130 oz of water and take supplements. I still am only going every 3 or 4 days. Sometimes 5.…
