    I've been ever busy these past 5 days with trying to sell and throw away my things in order to condense as since I was hospitalized for more than 30 days I had to dip into my money for moving and did not have enough for the movers. But I did not cry or throw a fit like usual eat. No I figured out how to deal with the changes and strive forward with my focus on getting down south.

    I’ve been reflecting these past couple of days as we come close to the new year, on this past year. For me it’s been a tough one. But I’m thanking all of you for your support and wishing the best to everyone.

    It's Christmas Eve! Hope everyone is having a safe and healthy holiday!

    I'm getting my sugar free cookies and cheesecake made today and tomorrow will be filled with healthy Keto foods at my moms tomorrow. I am determined to stick to the plan because I am about 6 weeks out from a competition (still trying to decide if I want to do it--and I have time) but I want to compete in the 59 and I am about 5 lbs heavy for that so it's time to stay on track! Having a goal is a really good motivator for staying on track, and while mine are very different than the average, it's important for everyone to have a reason!

    Comments Merry Christmas! I definitely stayed focused on the big picture and ate what I wanted but kept it at my calorie goal. It helped that when I weighed myself this morning I saw a loss!
