Comments even though I seem to be doing the same exercise every day the Kettlebell Workout is done using the progressive overload principle. I am now transitioning from my 35# Kettlebell to my 40#. I’m glad I also went on a bike ride today. Beautiful weather today!

Ugh. Not sure why it’s so hard fir me to have one bad day (sat) and not be able to get back the next. No tracking sun ur Mon. Ugh. Oh well. We are leaving this weekend to go up to NY for the holidays. Will be there until the day after Christmas. Will try my best. No! you know what, I WILL do my best. Keep at it. Success doesn’t come from giving up.
@vicky2767 I am the same way, one bad day and I have a week where I just can't get it together. I am currently experiencing this myself. And these next 2 days I've decided I AM going to get it together and stick to the plan.

I'm just so tired mentally and emotionally. I KNOW I'll feel better if I work out, but I just take a bath and go to bed.
I'll take anyone's advice; I'm so pissed my jeans are super tight, I can't fit into my interview dresses and I feel BLAH.

I've been ever busy these past 5 days with trying to sell and throw away my things in order to condense as since I was hospitalized for more than 30 days I had to dip into my money for moving and did not have enough for the movers. But I did not cry or throw a fit like usual eat. No I figured out how to deal with the changes and strive forward with my focus on getting down south.

It's Christmas Eve! Hope everyone is having a safe and healthy holiday!
I'm getting my sugar free cookies and cheesecake made today and tomorrow will be filled with healthy Keto foods at my moms tomorrow. I am determined to stick to the plan because I am about 6 weeks out from a competition (still trying to decide if I want to do it--and I have time) but I want to compete in the 59 and I am about 5 lbs heavy for that so it's time to stay on track! Having a goal is a really good motivator for staying on track, and while mine are very different than the average, it's important for everyone to have a reason!0 -
