So, I'm struggling. BAD.I'm not sure what all has happened, but I'm back up to 164lbs and my want to and care is shot.
I'm just so tired mentally and emotionally. I KNOW I'll feel better if I work out, but I just take a bath and go to bed.
I'll take anyone's advice; I'm so pissed my jeans are super tight, I can't fit into my interview dresses and I feel BLAH.
I know I haven't been on here for over 10 days. I'm avoiding completely. I don't know wth is going on in my head.
Sit back and access. Remember you are in control. Yes, I know easier said than done. But girly believe me I've been there and sometimes I'm still there myself. But what I do is take it one day at a time and sometimes one meal at a time. You can do this! Don't give up!0 -

Comments my weight has been going up even though I have been faithfully on track. Not sure what to do. I weigh everything. Count all calories and donβt eat back most of my exercise calories.
Sometimes you need to shake things up. Eat a little more and then eat a little less. Change you exercise regimen as well.0 -

I've been ever busy these past 5 days with trying to sell and throw away my things in order to condense as since I was hospitalized for more than 30 days I had to dip into my money for moving and did not have enough for the movers. But I did not cry or throw a fit like usual eat. No I figured out how to deal with the changes and strive forward with my focus on getting down south.

Iβm not doing what I need to get done to get me through Christmas, also with my birthday being on Sunday my husband has already asked what kind of cake I want. If I say letβs not have cake he says the kids wouldnβt be happy, then I eat 1/2 the cake. I think Iβll need my mouth wired shut.1 -

Ugh scale is going up! I'm just so stressed and my car broke down this week and my job has cut us down to 34 hours a week so I can't even get it fixed!!! Gonna start looking for a second job after the first of the year. It's all getting to be to much and I've had 2 very big anxiety attack's this last week and those scare me alot. Ugh just really need to catch a break and soon! π0 -

I had a holiday breakfast with the health dept team that I support AND a holiday lunch with IT. I didn't go crazy eating (could have been worse), but I went over. Then I didn't get my steps in because of the parties. But, I had a great time and did stay in control.

I think it's important to have a plan in place and try to stick to it. It's why I'm being super strict right now so I can minimize my damage from Christmas, although I will still be eating Keto foods on Christmas, just probably more than I need.1 -
