The past few days have been so crazy busy I almost forgot to post here. I'm probably not going to get my 10,000 steps today. The weather is rainy and awful but I did walk on the treadmill for awhile.....just not as long as I walk outside.
I did hit a major milestone. I am now down 100 lbs.

Not really loosing much I've been so stressed out work cut are hours down from 55 hours that we usually always get down to 32 with no explanation or no clue as to when it will change and Xmas is right around the corner things are really bad right now I'm just so stressed out!!3 -

We made cookies (we are having some friends over for a little holiday party) and I only had 1 oatmeal raisin cookie and 1 chocolate chip cookie. I’ll take it. NSV for me for sure. Lol. Plan to go running this way I can enjoy without feeling guilty about going crazy with the food later. Who knows maybe tomorrow I’ll be saying I really wasn’t too terrible with what I are. Lol0 -
