I think I finally came to terms with the weight gain. I know I know its nothing. But when it's the first time it hits harder.
Little back story, I started this journey because I was going on vacation and I wanted to look good in pictures. once I got out of the obese range I realized I could finally do what ive always wanted... become a surrogate. Now my main goal is to have the best possible healthy body to grow a baby. I am currently waiting to be matched with amazing parents. But ideally I want to be 130 when an embryo is transferred.

Yes it does feel good when you start tracking and it just comes apart of your rountine.1 -

Comments: Well I didn't eat what I planned to, but it wasn't as bad as it has been, I am trying to let myself have a little wiggle room but as I've learned, I do still tend to go overboard.

Comments: Calories are my fault. Emotions got the best of me. I need to have a different habit when emotions trigger eating. The weather and the darkness prevent it from being go for a walk but perhaps I could 'dance' it out.
Yes dancing it out is a great way to get rid of the moment when we want to gouge.1
