    I think I finally came to terms with the weight gain. I know I know its nothing. But when it's the first time it hits harder.

    Little back story, I started this journey because I was going on vacation and I wanted to look good in pictures. once I got out of the obese range I realized I could finally do what ive always wanted... become a surrogate. Now my main goal is to have the best possible healthy body to grow a baby. I am currently waiting to be matched with amazing parents. But ideally I want to be 130 when an embryo is transferred.

    Comments: Stuck to the plan today, now, hoping to get close to the plan for friday since it's going to be interesting,will be going to my husband's Christmas Party at work and it's fully catered and I won't have any control over the food, I did order gluten free hoping that meant breading free and maybe something like grilled chicken and salad...so crossing my fingers.

    Yes it does feel good when you start tracking and it just comes apart of your rountine.

    Comments: Calories are my fault. Emotions got the best of me. I need to have a different habit when emotions trigger eating. The weather and the darkness prevent it from being go for a walk but perhaps I could 'dance' it out.

    Yes dancing it out is a great way to get rid of the moment when we want to gouge.
