    Comments: I did actually stick to the plan mostly, ate what I planned to eat and did really well at my husband's work Christmas party! And the scale behaved this morning. Yay.

    I am a little surprised at the scale this week since last week I managed to steadily gain. Really hoping that I can just ride the losing train for a while.
