    Comments Merry Christmas! I definitely stayed focused on the big picture and ate what I wanted but kept it at my calorie goal. It helped that when I weighed myself this morning I saw a loss!

    I've been ever busy these past 5 days with trying to sell and throw away my things in order to condense as since I was hospitalized for more than 30 days I had to dip into my money for moving and did not have enough for the movers.
