    Gave myself the night off from exercising since I was traveling for a day and a half. So proud of myself for tracking, staying within calories and exercising the whole week while traveling and competing. My goal was to maintain for the week but it looks like I lost. 😊

    Comments my weight has been going up even though I have been faithfully on track. Not sure what to do. I weigh everything. Count all calories and don’t eat back most of my exercise calories.

    Sorry if been completely out the loop had so much happen with home and work this week If not been tracking at all and completely forgot to weigh in Monday went to do it yesterday when I remembered and my scales don't seem to be working just to top off the bad week!
    I'm going to try my hardest to get another set before this Monday
