Buy a heart rate monitor watch. (make sure it has a chest strap)! Set it to your sex age weight and low fitness level. It will tell you exactly how many calories you burn no matter what you do. $50.00 @ Wal-mart. WELL worth the money.

The Crystal Light your drinking is way worse. Stay away from diet drinks made with artificial sweaters. The sweeteners stop your body from burning fat. Try Crystal light Fitness Water, Sobe Life water, or Fuze slender drinks. Or Throw in some lemons cucumbers, or limes in your water.

I just started last week and lost 6 LBS! When you put in the time and energy you will see results. Count your calories, take vitamins, make sure your heart rate is at a fat burning stage, and lift some weights too. Most important find a work out you enjoy. Exercise ls like a drug when get into it.
