The crisps are very empty in nutrients. Try and snack on fibrous/high water content green vegetables. (Celery, Spinach, Zucchini, Lettuce...ect.)

If it is just a cold and you do not have a fever than exercising with moderate intensity will help you fight the virus faster. If you know you have a fever then it is just best to take a break from exercise and rest.

You are probably retaining quite a bit of water weight. This is very normal if you strictly restrict your calories and/or exercise a lot. Do you mind sharing your stats?

Having a little extra body fat is okay, but being 30%+ body fat isn't healthy. You are going to have markers of metabolic syndrome, such as insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is correlated with many common diseases and conditions.
