  • Am bumping this up as I think Midnight might not have been the right time to post this thread. I am a bit surprised that those of you who have lost over 100 pounds haven't replied as I am really in need of friends who have been where I am yet managed to lose their weight.
  • USA also from Florida Hi Quiggley WOW you have lost a huge amount of weight. You are the type of friend I am looking for in the post I wrote here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/866706-needing-support-motivation-from-big-time-losers Would you or anyone else from this group like to be my friend?
  • OH MY GOSH I am writing this with tears running down my checks as you are a true inspiration and I hope someday to be as you are now 200 pounds lighter. What a transformation, hard work and dedication. I am so glad you had people and the Good Lord to help you.
  • It has been a very crazy busy week. I did weigh on Wednesday but never had a chance to report until today what I lost during the week for this 50 day challenge. I eliminated another 3 pounds making it 9 pounds since this challenge started. I have another challenge for which I weigh in on Saturdays thus the additional…
  • HI Dave If this was the first time you saw them at the gym, I might wait a week to see if they are indeed members of are they just doing a trial test of the gym. I know that I would love for someone to come over to see how I am doing with the equipment and reassure me that the gym is the right place for me. I think they…

  • Now this is about the only challenge I can do is weight loss. Due to being physically impaired I can't really do any of the other cardio or strength challenges. However I am wondering how the recording is to be done. I see all these weeks listed on each persons posting but after 1 hour of posting I didn't think you could…
  • It didn't work for me either. So in the food notes section is where I put my points. Plus I have my Blue WW Tracker that I enter everything into and it counts down my points for the day. This system I think will work well for me.
  • Alice I am doing WW points on MFP. Everything I eat even the 0 points I count on the tracker as you can see by my diary. The onion and peppers are 0 on WW but they do have some calories. If you look back through my diary and down at the notes you will see that I also do the points at the end of each day. I only started on…
  • Good for you Chipper !!Yes every ounce counts and you should take them all. It was a busy day for me with running all kinds of errands. I left around 1:30 and got back around 5:00. Despite the severe back ache managed to get in my walk to the neighbor next store and back with the Rollator. Good luck tomorrow runbyme
  • I Joined the one the Aliann is doing called Biggest Loser Competition - Season 2 The starting day for it is Saturday. I believe you can still join in on that one and I did accept the request you sent. See you at the BL group as well
  • This was no challenge for me as I drink about 3 liters a day of water. But I am thankful that I only work 2 days a week and this challenge fell on a off day.
  • Hi Ailiann I just want to make sure that this BL competition in the 300 400 pound club is the same as the BL season 2 that I joined and am getting ready to start on Saturday.
  • Welcome I am not new to either but did start the At Home WW program again.
  • Thanks I started yesterday and had 42.5 points I started to make a food item chart that uses the MFP food list plus added WW points to it. It will be a chart in progress as I add more food items each day. With the calories and food breakdowns here online and the chart I am making I know how many points I ate also. Today I…
  • Thanks MaerMollie I started the At home WW program yesterday and today I plan to start the Peddlar and do the walk this evening.
  • Oh My I seem to be the biggest one here and possibly the oldest and I know for sure the most out of shape and physically challenged one participating in this challenge. Due to my physical disability I am not able to do much exercise nor get accurate measurements as standing and walking is very difficult for me. However I…
  • Very Good question. I wish to know also as I tried to link the two last night but I don't think I was too successful. I do not see anything on my Facebook in regard to MFP.
  • HI Everyone I joined this group yesterday and am ready for the challenge. I am Amanda, 57 years old am divorced and living in Florida with a platonic room mate. I am physically limited in what I can do for exercise as I am mostly wheelchair bound. Since this is a 50 day challenge (about 7 weeks) I will sent my goal for 15…
  • Chipper and Runbyme seems you two have a Daily thread going and I was wondering if being a newbie I can join in on the posting? I will be starting WW again on Jan 2nd and sure could use the daily accountability. I little bit about me. I live in Florida. am going to be 57 in Jan and have over 200 pounds to lose. I am…
  • Thank You so much for posting in the general boards as I had no idea there would be a WW group on MFP. I don't know why I didn't think to look here earlier in the year when I was on WW. It was a rocky road for me this past year as I joined Jan 26th 2012, one day after my birthday and by June 7th I quit or should I say I…
  • Would love to be involved in this challenge as well. Are there teams or is this an individual challenge? Where do you state our starting weight and what are goal is? I have already made my charts starting on the 2nd of Jan and have my motivation saying hung up on my wall. Have been making decisions as to what type of food…
  • I moved to Port Richey Florida in 1984 from NC. In 1987 I moved to West Palm Beach and am still here.
  • WOW what a difference!! You look amazing. I bet you feel like a totally different person. You look the way I want to look. To know that you have lost this much weight gives me hope that I may be able to as well. Keep going and don't let anything or anyone get in your way of getting to that ultimate goal weight. Hope you…
  • WOW what a change! You look fantastic and it shows that you are feeling great to. Congratulations in making it to onederville. .
  • Lord knows I am not an expert at this but on those days I did look at your diary, it seemed to me that you had very little protein and went over your carbs. I know it can be very frustrating to do the exercise and think your eating correctly and than not see the scale go down. But as the others said keep on going, don't…
  • I also use the recent, most used, and my foods check list that develops as you post. Be sure to look for multiple pages as I didn't realized the first few weeks that there are several pages that do get developed. Very rarely now do I have to look up in the database a food item. Writing it down and than coming on line is…
  • Congratulations on such a major accomplishment. Please now work on the self esteem as you are not ugly and have got to start to realize that.
  • CONGRATULATIONS to all of you. You have all worked very hard and the results show in the pictures. What a inspiring group of Ladies.
  • How nice of him to even think of you while he is away. I especially love the hugs and kisses part. Like the others said freeze them and put them out when company comes and share them. I am sure he will understand.
