It has been quite some time since you posted. Having had WLS myself in 2016, I was wondering how you are doing and if you ever got the bike and started bike riding. I hope to hear about your success.

It has been over 3 years since I was on this posting. Nice to see some folks found this and posted. Off track big time. Came back here after being gone for more than a year. Had excess skin removal surgery with major complications in May of 2019. Since that time gained 33 of the 280 pounds I had lost. This quarantine is not helping the situation. I have got to get back on track and start heading back down. MFP says 1200…

Franklin Just read all your posts here. You are such an inspiration. You have gone thorugh a lot of the past year. I know what you are going through as I was once 497 and am down to 227 and heading toward 180. I have 4 herniated discs can't walk without a walker. However I do ride 6 miles on my bike, do 4 different arm…

Have lost over 280 pounds and have excess skin all the way down to my wrist. The surgeon took care of the approval for me and stated the weight of the excess skin on my arms causes arm movement difficulty and I get shooting pains from the nerves and bad skin infections. Here is a picture of my arms.
