I would like to see how this works long term also. You are not teaching yourself permanent eating habits. My sister sells body by vi, has lost 25 lbs and still does 2 shakes a day. She lost 13 lbs in 90 days, but I lost 15 in 90 days just by changing my eating and exercise habits. I personally have not tried the shakes. My…
