Such a great success story!! And it is amazing that your husband was right there with you. You look wonderful, congrats on such a huge accomplishment!

I have had horrible panic attacks since 2006, some I have actually passed out during. Since I began exercising and losing weight, I noticed my anxiety has decreased significantly. It hasn't disappeared, in fact I had a panic attack yesterday after I pushed myself a little too far with my cardio workout. I am on Klonopin,…

Wow! You look amazing! Congrats on your success, and it is nice to know I'm not the only one who doesn't eat 100% clean and workout 2 hours a day! ;) Again, great job!

Banging the halves of a coconut together surely burns enough calories. Just make sure you don't weigh the same as a duck at the end of the day or you're screwed...

I'm on Klonopin (Clonazepam) for my anxiety disorder, it has hindered my weight loss in no way whatsoever. My fiance' is on Zoloft and he hasn't had any issues losing weight.

Holy crap! You are amazing! Pure inspiration right here. Congrats on your success, and keep it up lady!

"Pretentious, anorexic women who flaunt themselves and their wealth." I come from an affluent family. My fiance', myself, and son are far from the poverty line. There is no chip on my shoulder regarding people with money. It is the fact that no one criticizes the behavior of the skinny and rich, which is idolized in…

The TV network gave them a show because this little girl generated a lot of buzz from Toddlers in Tiaras. Edith Wood, also from that show (Toddlers in Tiaras), has a TV show too. No one commented on her neurotic mother or the use of the sugar on that show. Is it because the family in Honey Boo Boo is poor and overweight,…

I have arthritis in my right knee (due to 16 years of dancing) and Zumba is one of the only cardio exercises that doesn't hurt my knee! I have the Exhilarate DVD set, but I'm sure the classes are good too!

I've been engaged since Dec. 2011 but with my fiance since April of 2008. He did a lot of drinking in the beginning of our relationship, I mean A LOT. He had just gotten out of the Marine Corps so the circumstances were different, but I brought it up to him. He didn't listen, so I gave him a choice. Stay and stop drinking…

You look amazing! You should most definitely be proud of yourself for achieving this monumental goal! Congrats to you, and one day I hope to be on this board posting my success story!

I have an allergic reaction when I consume too much. So yeah, it doesn't do anything pleasant.

This is a bad *kitten* story. That is all.

You look phenomenal! Congrats on your success!!!!

Grew up in Coopersville. I've lived in Grand Rapids for about 7 years now.

I created my own exercise and entered the info from my HRM and another site.

Silver Jeans is the name of the brand. They are carried in The Buckle, Maurices, and Macy's that I know of. They are pricey (above $70 a pair) but they last forever and make your butt look great. LoL

Plus size clothes are ugly. I am not going to be "the fat mom" when my son gets older. I used to be skinny, and I like myself better that way.

Seriously, what you have accomplished in 5 weeks is phenomenal! Just imagine what the next 5 weeks will bring, and the next 5 after that! Congrats on your success, and keep up the great work! You look amazing!

I generally eat 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks in-between. Sometimes one snack, it all depends on how active I am. After 200 days on here I know I could stop logging on here and handle my food intake easily, but I like seeing the numbers and seeing my limitations/freedoms with the totals. Plus, I…

That is an AMAZING accomplishment!!! Congratulations on your success!! You look great, and you should be so proud of yourself!

I'm not a morning person so I go for my power walks in the morning pushing my 20 month old in the jogging stroller. We go no less than 2 miles, and his jabbering and cuteness helps me not punch the other people in the face just for being there.
-
I'm a stay at home mom too, but I only have one child (for now lol), a 20 month old son. I've been on MFP since January, and it has been a HUGE factor in my weight loss! Feel free to add me!!

That is a great thing to be proud of! Keep up the great work, and you will get off those meds!

First concert was No Doubt in 1996 (I was in 7th grade). Last concert I went to was Five Finger Death Punch and Otep in late 2009.

My fiance and I have been together for almost 4 1/2 years, and have been officially engaged as of last December. We lived together almost instantly, but didn't get on a lease together until late 2009. April 2010 I got pregnant with our now 20 month old son, and we unofficially were engaged (didn't have the money for a…

I am a stay at home mom, and I normally take my son (19 months) with me on my walks outside when the weather is nice. But on days like today where it is already over 80 degrees at 11am with a dewpoint well into the 70s, there's no way in hell I would subject im to that for an hour, or myself for that matter! I would rather…

My fiance' and I, along with our 19 month old son (I always push the stroller for the extra calorie burn), went for a 45 minute walk this morning. We didn't go under 3.5mph, and MapMyRun was acting up, so I think we went somewhere between 2.5-3 miles? We will be doing the same tomorrow morning if the weather is nice again,…
