  • Why don't you consider getting a trainer for even a few weeks. I could barely do lunges without falling over when I started, and my trainer helped a tonne!
  • Yep, body weight. I started out quite unfit. A few months in I moved from squatting with a dumbbell or kettle bell to just the bar. I added my first plate in February. Now I am squatting 5x140. But I am pretty sure my progress is quite slow. 44 yrs old.....
  • Edamame! They are so tasty, easy to steam, and with a bit of salt, actually stand up well compared to chips or popcorn.
  • If you like salty things, try dill pickles. If you like sweet; try some plain yogourt and add a little honey.
