Omg wow and youre only a little shorter than me! Most of my weight is in my lower body so I am happy about that but it is so crazy to me how ppl still call us skinny when we are "healthy" weights.

It does work, but you have to use the ability to eat alot to your advantage. You cant just eat the same and expect magic. When i was on it, I was eatin 3-4k cals a day. some days it was so hard, but my stomach adjusted. I continued lifting weights and within 3-4 months I gained close to 20 pounds (fat and muscle). I totally agree, I think I will be okay with the last bit. I plan to add the bulk and cutting methods into my weight lifting routine so that I can maintain my curves but also maintain a solid toned look. Im going to Jamacia in march!! I wanna look good :)

wow! interesting we have alot in common. When I was 16-21 I was 110 and I was soo self concious!! I hated the way I looked, so I purposly began gaining weight. I lifted weights and literally ate about every hour I was awake (i had a fast metabolism). Even in doing this it took me MONTHS to get from 110 to 125. Maybe almost…

I haven't been on here, but I have been keeping track of calories. I plan to set to maintance after I gain the last 5 pounds. For me it is not a matter of logging. I still feel like i am eating too much, but yet my stomach doesnt feel that way...

Accoding to BMI it is at the higer end of normal, Im probably a size 4 most places...a 6 or 8 in h&m (their clothes run sooo small). Im at that end of... I can squeeze into a small or fit into a medium with fitted dresses. I know I'm not "skinny" but not sure if I am thick either...

well, part of me still thinks I am skinny, but I don't know if it is because I always see the tiny 110 pound girl in the mirror or if I really am still tiny. I know what i would like to be....that's curvy/thick(er) but i don't really know if I am yet, and never really have anyone to ask.

Exactly. I wear a small or extra small at 128. Im very tiny. Id like to be 140 so I can actually feel comfortable in my skin. Some ppl just look better with more weight. And you look great at that size! Goals.
