i would really love to join! wondering if i need a gym membership?? b/c i don't have weights or eliptical..ect. no workout equiptment. do you think it would benifit me or do you have other options for people that don't have gym membership or workout equiptment?? just wondering before i join and then find out i need these…

I believe if you lost the calories then log it b/c it only helps with your daily calorie intake. You bet i'm going to log cleaning b/c when i'm cleaning its usually heaving duty cleaning i'm doing and if i feel exhausted after that means i burned some calories!! :tongue:

IT ALL ABOUT THE CURVES LADIES MEN LOVE IT!! i could never think of myself as a size 0 and i'm 5'1". I love a curvey body anytime i see someone really thin i feel like it is just to unattractive....but thats my opinion. :tongue:

i dont think 115lbs is to low..i'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 115-120lbs...so i think your right on track :smile: i also started not to long ago so i really dont havev pics yet...good luck!!!!!!!!

yah!! i'm in..been looking for some motivation to do some strenghth trainging and push ups are a start to that :laugh: need to start somewhere..any other tips would be great i don't go to a gym so been trying to think of things i can do at home :) 50--push up here i come
