If it calls itself a "cleanse" it is a scam. Your body cleanses itself. You can help it along by drinking plenty of water and eating healthy food (not crap) but otherwise just let it do it's thing. Also, be careful of what "supplements" you consume because many of those actually do more harm than good....some are harmless…

When I was 297 I snored a lot. Now, at 230 I only snore when my allergies are acting up. Hope that helps!

It depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you have a lot to lose, like myself, two lbs per week is totally realistic. If you are closer to goal, then probably not.

My face, hands and feet have always been the first areas where I see a difference. First my cheek bones start to pop out, then my ring gets loose and the tendons in my feet become visible when I wiggle my toes. The tummy and hips are shrinking too but they are large enough that the change isn't that obvious just yet.

That is awesome! Running an entire 5k is one of my goals for this year. Right now I run about a mile before I need a walking break. You must be so proud of your accomplishment!

I totally get acne when I work out. I have super sensitive skin, plus I have PCOS which makes me somewhat prone to acne...and I'm 30 fricking 6. What has really helped me is to wash my face with something SUPER gentle after working out...like a neutragena face bar or something else that is really mild, preferably unscented…
