I love yoga... But with the weight I've put on I actually just started the stretching yoga this morning.. Hoping to work up to the hard core as the weight comes off.. :) It is amazing what kind of workout you can get from balance.

Hiked a 1.2 mile trail w/pretty steep hills in 30 min.. Sept. 9

I'm in.. Hiked a 2.2 mile hike in 40 minutes today.. Just got back on MFP today so this is just what I need to get started back up again.. :)

That's what my parents do. They are in thier 70's and since they aren't as active as they uses to be this helps keep thier weight down. I was thinking of doing the same. The more I eat at night the worse off I am.
