I tooo find it hard to catch that snack in between meals to do the every 2 hour rule :( we'll see how tracking my food and accounting for my calories works for me, tomorrow marks 1 week in MFP and I was surpised to see the cutbacks when I have to face the numbers at the end of the day/entry!

I typically go over as well...when I hit "complete" entry for day, I always pay attention to the "projected" results it displays, and Protein doesn't seem to "weigh" as heavy as when I go over Fat, Sugar, Carbs....I'll definitely be following this post too see what the vote is... Great question!
