My fitness plan told me to eat 1200 calories..it's hard though! I usually eat about 1500 calories a day...1200 seems too little..mfp told me to though?!

I would love a shake/smoothie to make but I have no idea what to put in it and am so scared of some of the products out there (bad ingredients in them etc).
