  • try the wor-wonton soup it has shrimp and chicken or pork along with more vegetables than the regular wonton soup. the sodium might be a little high from the broth if that concerns you. ask for a side of steamed shrimp with a hot sauce for spice, spicey is good for you!

  • I just had a great salmon and shrimp lemon piccata at tony romas, a lovely lemon garlic sauce with rice and broccoli and all less than 800 calories. I used to have the kickin shrimp appetizer, but it is almost 1000 calories!! I have also had veal or chicken piccata, tons of flavour without a heavy sauce.
