Hello. not sure if this thread is still active. I had my lapband removed and VSG done in May 2013. It has been the BEST decision of my life. I now only wish I had done the sleeve sooner, but fear and the unknown paralyzed me. I am now working on my last 45 lbs and am here for support if anyone is still active. Lisa

oh my goodness!! TOTALLY!! Their products are also loaded with alot of chemicals and non-GMO foods as well. That was the primary reason I cannot support their plan. The points system is non-sensical when you should actually be watching calories/fat. and what is UP with them still charging $40.00 per month to track food and…

well said. I cannot fathom counting points while I am on business travel or while I am on a business lunch. Tracking my food on my phone with fitnesspal. is a no brainer

Hey girl Most if not all of the guym bodyfat calculators do not show the proper bodyfat percentage. My trainer kept using a calipher on me while I was trying to lose fat/gain muscle and it kept hovering around 33%. My Dr poo-pooed him and said "go get a real one". So I called the local hospital who hook you up to…

I have also been heavily Gluten Free the past few months. Still trying to totally cut out the sugar (I slip on occassion) I have noticed less bloat in my gut, my stomach is flatter, I drop pounds better, I am alert and my mind is sharp and clear, my skin glows and I have more energy! Friend me also!

Treadmill. There are lots of great links you can find on google to be a "beginner" 5k you will be amazed at just how fast your entire abdomen will shrink once you begin running for 5 minutes/walk 5 minutes/run 5 minutes, etc. I also do Planks, reverse crunches, etc. However, I see the best results when I get my rear on the…

I agree with MHotch. NOT reliable at all. I have a PT I work out with 4x per week for the past 4 months and she has only canceled on me ONCE! ask for a new trainer

Height 5"9 current weight 180 weight before children 135 highest weight: 230 Goal weight 140-150 BodyFat Goal: 20-22% so currently I am down to 31% bodyfat. I have dropped 7% bodyfat over the past 4 months. While my goal weight is 140, I consider my bodyfat (for myself personally) to almost be more important. I think we…

fantastic post. Thank You! I completely agree with water, water, water. If I do not drink at least 8-10 glasses a day, I retain really bad, cannot workout for any length of time and just overall feel icky. I am down 6% bodyfat, but NO POUNDS lost. (still sitting at 183 lbs at 5"9 - shooting to get back to 140 lbs) My…

I will comment since I have lots of friends who have had traditional and laser lipo done. I personally have not done laser lipo, but have a friend who did and it is quite amazing how great she looks as they targeted her hips and abs. I would say inches and she did not have to deal with any oozing. The only downfall is that…

Good luck. I would love to have some friends and currently have ZIP. I have 40 lbs to lose that have been the same 40 lbs for two years I have been fighting. It is disheartening. I could use some support. I have worked out with a personal trainer since August 2011 3-4x a week. So far I am down 6% bodyfat. But still…
