Bored but blessed. Encouraged by the post but still feeling like a change of scenery. I feel like complaining and whinging at my circumstances. I also know that I have been blessed beyond my imagining.

10,000 steps a day is a good indicator and 30 minutes of physical activity every day. BUT what you do for work also will tell you how active you are. Some people naturally by their choice of career will be on their feet moving more or sedentary. Sedentary jobs are a killer to physical conditioning.

I agree with anyone that says the fitness industry and bodybuilding industry has to sell products to people which is why there is so much focus on what you eat. Yes. I track everything. I never tracked cooking oils before and now I track that as well. I'll be tracking water soon LOL. Legit though. Gotta stay hydrated.

Doing Dirty Keto with days of Clean Keto interspersed.
