A frozen meal like healthy request and a piece of fruit. Sometimes a can of Light Progresso soup and fruit, and sometimes a sandwich and a piece of fruit. I hate prep work I have 4 kids and a husband so this is easier for me. I also also do the same at dinner but add extra vegetables to it.

10 pounds at a time and when I get to be under 200 I will treat myself to a mini shopping spree :)

Wow, it was so encouraging to see so many other 40+ MFP users on here! My next goal is to get some exercise in each week. :happy: Someone posted about how she has been using the Wii for exercise.
