I can run 3 miles without stopping!! I just upped my speed to 5. Seriously, for someone who HATED running in the past,this is pretty motivating for me :)

The usual: 2 eggs with Canadian bacon & bell peppers 2 eggs with real bacon.. :) gluten-free pancakes (made gluten free cornbread for my sister & saw the pancake recipe, so good!) with fruit I just sort of rotate those all week.

I eat 1500 a day plus some of my exercise calories (I tried all but I get soo fuulllll) & I've lost 15lbs since the 2nd week of January! I typically lose 1-2lbs per week which is great for me! I also run a ton! It's my favorite exercise.

Cheese sticks, hummus and pita/pita chips, baked (sort of) potato, yogurt, fruits and veggies, nuts etc :) Those are some of my favorites!

I've lost 15 pounds since January 2013. I pretty much have the same story as everyone else. I cook my breakfast, lunch and dinners, bring delicious, healthy snacks with me to work(so eating at least 6 times a day), drink TONS of water and I am lucky enough to have developed a deep love for running.
