I've lost all 37lbs by running, strength(body weight) exercises and keeping my diet under control. Also doing things like hiking and what not. I love it! I havn't really been interested in a gym yet..

I wake up at 4am to do the dvd Usually I will eat half a quest bar or something to hold me over until breakfast. If I eat my breakfast that early, I will be starving by the time I get to work.

I run 5 days a week with 2 rest days. Usually run 3 to 4 miles on those days. :)

I LOVE mine! I have only have it for the last couple of months but I love getting the estimates on my runs and hikes :)

I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with usually 3 "snacks" every day. However I don't really feel like they are snacks, but more just part of my daily food intake. I think it's just what works best for you :)

I first set a 20lb loss goal. Now that I've reached that, I have 5lb mini goals! It works for me since I don't have a "final weight" goal but more of a "lets see how I look when I get to the next 5lbs" :)

I've lost 20lbs since January & havn't changed my calorie goal yet! I currently eat around 1500 and find it super satisfying.

Anything made from a potato - fries, chips, hashbrowns, you name it! Moderation is key ;)

If I didn't workout that morning, I workout in the evening & as soon as I'm done I'm usually starving for dinner so I just get to cooking! If I feel like I NEED a snack, I'll grab a cup of grapes or even rice crackers and a serving of hummus.

Love your picture ;) I like to bring leftovers, or cook extra meat (chicken, steak, turkey patties) and make wraps, fajitias, turkey burgers, soups, pita "sandwiches" with hummus, veggies and lean meat, or nice salads!

Why do you have to eat the food just because you work there? Just bring some healthy meals and snacks along with you and you'll do great! :)

If you like spicy, I make Southwestern Turkey burgers flavored with green chilis, jalapeno's, mexican spices & put it on a 100 calorie sandwich bun with lettuce, avocado and red onions. SO GOOD!
