I don't usually plan out my meals, I just kinda buy a bunch of stuff then figure it out later haha.
I'm trying to do better about grocery shopping and planning my meals or branching out to new products...so tell me....

What are your supermarket staples?

Some of mine are
-silk vanilla (light)
-special k protein cereal
-shredded cheese
-eggs
-brown rice
-greek yogurt
-fruit
-chicken breast
-ground sirloin (90/10)

I have a healthy obsession with Trader Joes, so I have a seperate list for them:

    Turkey Burgers
    2% Cheddar
    Breakfast Burritos
    Frozen Kale
    frozen bell pepper strips
    frozen crushed garlic
    (etc etc etc)

    From the regular grocery store:

    Fresh mushrooms
    spinach
    Silk unsweetened
    Fage 2% plain
    Roasted, unsalted almonds
    Thin-sliced chicken breast
salad stuff - lettuce, cucumber, grape tomato, scallion
    low sodium chicken stock
And it seems like I'm always buying onion
