I'm still wowed by summersbe on the first page!
Anyway, I think keeping it simple is usually the best way to go. Have at least 2 to 3 options you can keep in your cupboards or fridge all the time for variety.
I will promote my guys recipe that is like a homemade shakeologyhttp:// http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1296847-bulk-homemade-protein-shake-boost It is strongly berry flavored, so I can add this to my chocolate protein shakes without adding much sugar at all, especially compared to adding fruit!
Edit/is this really my first post? I didn't realize I was such a lurker. I'll have to post more.0 -
Cut up Pineapple, Strawberries, Orange and crushed ice with about 4oz of mango juice.0

Right now I'm loving the easy and delicious PB&J. Tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the fat and sugar.
--
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
8-10 oz unsweetened almond/coconut milk
2-3 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
(2-3 packets of Splenda if you like it extra sweet)
Blend together and enjoy!
When I want something quick and easy but flavorful I'll just add a couple of Tbsp of sugar-free instant pudding mix to my shaker to flavor it up.0 -
I need to come back to these!0
