Low Calorie Cooking Blogs ??
Ok, so I'm kinda addicted to skinnytaste.com. I know that she just uses basic techniques of subbing out certain ingredients and portion control to make things low cal. But I love how every recipe has the nutritional info listed. For me it really helps me with a starting point of ideas I want to make each week.
So... I'm curious if there are any other cooking / recipe blogs like this that you guys use?? I'm just looking for some additional low calorie cooking inspiration
