I so glad you posted this. I'm having a hard time also. I don't like beans. I'm trying so hard to like them. I'm trying to get in enough berries to help also. But for now, I'm taking a fiber supplement that dissolves in my morning coffee. It seems to be helping. I do hope to some day get enough in with fruits and veggies…

We make tortilla crusted cod at the school I work at and it is yummy. I can't find the exact recipe, but this one is close except we used crushed tortilla strips (the multi colored ones) instead of torn corn tortillas and cod instead of tilapia. I eat a small banana and yogurt about 15-30 min before my weights, then I do cardio, all in the morning. I do weights and cardio 5x a week (30 minutes of weights, 30 minutes of cardio.) The Total Yoga series is very slow, sometimes too slow. If you start with the first one, which I believe is Earth or Water, sorry I can't remember, but it's basically a series of sun salutations, followed by some standing poses, then some floor poses and then a cool down and they teach you how to breath at the beginning.…

Those are all great ideas! I can have dairy so the lunch meat with cheese rolled up or with a lettuce leaf sounds perfect. That' so basic.
