When you're more excited about where you've booked for your honeymoon because it has a fully equipped gym and you can still workout every day than you are because it's your honeymoon and there won't be any kids there! I get married in 8 weeks!

Mushrooms, full on anaphylaxis if I even come across extract of mushroom in flavourings. I look like a puffa fish and am clawing at my throat and chest. Not a pretty sight.

I was on high doses of prednisolone for years and always struggled to lose weight. I still struggle but I've lost 30lbs in the last year. I've not lost any weight in the last 4 months but I've starting lifting weights and I've shrunk 2 dress sizes. My steroid moon face is starting to go as well. It's bloody hard work and I…

Thanks for all your replies :)

Thank you. From looking at that picture, it seems I actually do mostly squat correctly. It looks like I do a low bar squat with my head up so maybe I'm not as bad as I think. I'll keep working on form though.

Ah! *lightbulb moment* I wear cross training shoes to the gym because I usually do a HIIT session as well or use the treadmill. Maybe it's worth trying different shoes.

WOW! You look amazing, you can see a huge difference and it's proof that the scale lies!

Muller Light doesn't have bits in.

Could you not then cook it and have protein meringues?

Today I even got an NSV!! It's taken me 6 months but I have finally completed the whole of week one day one of C25K. I've never made it past the 3rd run before without feeling like I'm dying but I did it! I'm so pleased with myself, I came out the gym with a big grin on my face!

Thank you. I've been thinking about this and coe to realise that I've achieved what I have so far really since I started with my PT in Novemeber and if I can change from then to now. I can change further between now and my wedding. The bridal shop are going to have to take my dress in

Brilliant results!

Thank you. I'm hoping that I will tone as I go so I don't end up slim and wobbly. I've managed to drop my BF% by more than 5% so far.
-
EEK it's huge! I'll try to fix it.

Also originally a Kent, relocated to Manchester a couple of years ago.

Awesome job!

Awesome success! Well done!

It's the getting my head around the calories I'm trying to work out. I worked out my TDEE based on everything and then ate over my BMR for 6 weeks so far and I've not lost any, I've maintained. That's why I've bought it, in the hope I'll get a more accurate reading.
-
Thank you. Do you find that it works out your TDEE accurately enough so you know how much to eat and you do lose?
-
bump again. Anyone?

I've not been eating exercise calories back since I went up to 1840 three weeks ago. I prefer it that was as well, it's much easier for me to look and see that I'm eating roughly the same rather than having it bob up and down all over the place depending on how much my burn was. I think all these years of being overweight…
