I am constantly amazed at how rude people can be on here sometimes. You can still get your point across without the negative undertones. How about giving her some helpful hints on how to get past her temptations or tricks she can do to hide it/ignore it? You can be helpful without being condescending. Just sayin'!

This happens in our office sometimes and it's so scandalous! People post threatening signs all over the fridge and hallways. lol The thing is, I would never be desperate enough to eat someone else's lunch. I've seen the way they treat the bathroom... hell naw! Who knows what they do to their food. :noway:

String cheese Yogurt beans peanut butter atkins or south beach protein bars (try to stay around 140-160 calories usually has 10 grams protein) I also make protein smoothies with Smart Smoothie Protein Powder. I mix it in 1 c soy milk, 1 c water and 1/2 c frozen blueberries (I LOVE the strawberries & cream)

That 3500 calories makes up a pound. I always knew this but never really applied it to my weight gains. If I put on 3 lbs overnight, I don't stress because I KNOW there is no freaking way possible I actually gained weight.
