Everyone says it's 20 mins but I've found it's right around 27-28 minutes long. I'm glad you said that! 7-8 minutes is a lot when you're working that hard, am I right?

Will be starting day 1 today and I plan to do it all 30 days, 10-10-10 no breaks. Eeks! lol I took before pix this afternoon but I don't have a tape measure. Good luck everyone and friend me if want!

I tried it a few times a couple of months ago wearing a HRM. I'm 5'3, 184 lbs and I burned an average 185 calories. The least I burned was 160 and the most I burned was 210...just depended how hard I pushed myself.

Ok, I immediately thought when I saw her was - they want an anorexic girl to "train" the BL peeps? She said she's going to teach them everything thing she knows, does that include binging/purging? lol She's hot, but she really needs to gain some weight, IMO.

Girl, I am the same way! It's like I can't stop shoving things in my mouth and my hunger is insatiable! I've found bumping up my protein helps but I'm also going to start eating my maintenance calories during that week. I think I'm just fooling myself if I try to stay at the calories MFP set for me, it just doesn't work!

I just started and my plan is to do it every other day. On my off days I'll be walking or biking for an hour. I guess you really don't take off a lot of weight doing the shred, which I have a lot to lose so I want to keep it up. Plus 2 times doing the shred and I am finding it difficult to walk, I'm so sore! :tongue:
