I do not. I clean often (I have 4 kids and a dog to keep up after) so I feel like it's just part of everyday living. I did log it 1 time when I spent hours moving furniture including 2 sofas alone and shampooing carpets, etc. I only logged 30 min and not the entire session.

The Taper DRIVES ME NUTS, however, I tried not tapering and I did not do as well as I do when I follow a taper. So I am a grumpy nut case for a bit but it's for a good cause!

I live in Ohio, we usually get pretty cold winters. Last winter was awesome but I don't hold hope for 2 in a row! I have run in winter and snow before though. I usually don't eat anything on training runs but during races I try to eat something at Mile 7 and then mile 14. I make homemade granola bars with bare naked granola and chocolate almond butter & tiny bit of honey .I have also tried payday candy bars. I did Gu on my 1st half marathon and I hated the sticky feeling.

I'm 131 and holding in maintenance, and I'm a 3 or 4 pant depending on brand. I've been down to 127 and was a 6 then, this time I weigh more but have added strength training and my waist is smaller.

^ 1st mine also have meaning so I don't really care what they will look like. 2nd my aunt who is 89 has one on her foot and she still looks bad azz ;-)

I think they are a personal preference. If you want one, go for it. I personally said I'd never get one. Then I woke up one day and randomly decided I wanted one. I have 2 now. both of mine can be hidden or shown at my discretion. I think I'd like 1 more.

I like to try all kinds of beer so if I have the option to I will. However I do like 312, I am a BIG lover of Miller light- go ahead everyone scream about it but I still like it! I also like Corona lite. Miller and Corona are both under 100 calories in 12 oz!

If you are ever needing a workout and just don't know what try this: pick any 4 moves- **IDEAS** sumo squats, chair jumps, chair pushups, burpees, pistol squats, froggies, Squat jumps, spidermans, crunches, reverse crunches, push ups, planks (low or high), dive bombers etc repeat each move 25 times and do 5 rounds. I've just started to add lifting to my routine, I am nowhere near where I'd like to be but after about 45 days I am seeing results. I started with Ripped in 30 and have moved on to my own routines. Maybe at some point I will have some great before and afters!

I have never tried to mix run/walk but one of the training sites I read suggests: Run-walk-run ratio should correspond to the training pace used: 8 min/mi—run 4 min/walk 35 seconds 9 min/mi— 4 min run-1 min walk 10 min/mi—-3:1 11 min/mi—2:30-1 12 min/mi—-2:1 13 min/mi—-1:1

I tried running and had knee and hip pain all the time. Went to fleet feet, fitted on treadmill, bought the shoes. STILL hip and knee pain, added shoulder pain (who knows why maybe stance). Gave up running for almost a year. Started slow again. Still pain. Got Vibrams Bikila LS. Started in at about 3 miles a time. NO MORE…

Other peoples comments can get in your head, but only if you let it! Remember you were the one running while they were only running their mouths! Just keep going! I cannot tell you haw many times I've had hecklers around my neighborhood yell "Run Forest, Run" Once, I yelled back "Stupid is as stupid does!"
