March 8th was fantastic! Got in 30 minutes on the AMT and 25 on the treadmill at lunch. After work got in 90 Spin/Boot Camp class and 30 minutes on the treadmill. March 9th, nothing. Had crisis that kept me in the office at lunch, but got a salad and ate at my desk while working. After work had volunteer commitments.

May 6th, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill during lunch. May 7th, I know already, nothing. Have a meeting at work, which leaves no lunchtime for the gym, and after work have a community meeting.

March 5th was a great day. Got in 45 minutes on the treadmill during lunch. Then 90 minute Spin Class after work. Boy, did I sleep deep Monday night.:smile:

March 2nd, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill at lunch time. Had another business obligation after work, so that was it. March 3rd, had to hit the library, but got in 50 minutes on the treadmill at home. It's going to be tough hitting the gym on Saturdays for a bit. March 4th, nothing exercise wise.

For March 1st, didn't get in anything aerobic, but I did work on Core and arms...got in 50 crunches, 20 push-ups, held the plank for 63 seconds, tri-ceps, bi-ceps curls. Well, it's a good starting place for me. Now I know how to measure the increase.
